1st Project of 2018

UR10 & Tub Loader

This is the 1st Project ITS has rolled out in 2018. Very proud that our delivery was within a short lead time and to a leading bio-pharmaceutical company where this project will be key in the development of medicines.  As you will see in the short clip below that the project uses a UR 10, in a clean-room environment.  Using a bespoke End of Arm Tool, the UR unloads a trolley of tubs containing syringes loaded with medical product. The tubs are then placed onto a conveyor to transport them away for further processing. This process of picking and placing repeats until the trolley is empty. This Tub Loader project can be scalable and adapted for a multitude of automation projects.
